The Kankrej is an Indian breed of zebu cattle. It originates from the arid region of the Rann of Kutch in the state of Gujarat, and in neighboring Rajasthan. It is also present in Tharparkar District, in Sindh, Pakistan. It is also known by the names Bannai, Nagar, Talabda, Vathiyar, Wagad, Waged, Vadhiyar, Wadhiar, Wadhir, and Wadial.

• Process :

A2 Kankrej Bilona Ghee is made from the milk of Indian breed cows. Milk is converted into curd and then into butter by churning the curd using wooden ravaiya in an earthen pot. This is further heated to produce A2 Kankrej Bilona Ghee.
